DSS Recruitment was founded in 2014
We are a family-owned business based in Northampton. The business was founded in 2014 by my late brother Dmitrijus who was a driver himself and wanted other drivers/candidates to be treated fairly in the industry. He aspired to create an agency where all employees felt part of a big family where trust and respect was at the forefront of everything.
To continue Dmitrijus’ vision and values, DSS Recruitment was formed in January 2021 when he passed away at a young age. With over 10 years of experience in Warehousing and Transport industry, I felt confident I can drive the business forward whilst continuing his legacy.
At DSS Recruitment we look after our people so they look after our clients. All our employees are treated as part of the family and we aspire to become a ‘go to’ agency of the region.
